Damaged water pump

I have done a claim for the water pump that need to be fixed and you have send a service provider that tells me that I have to dig and take the roots of the tree out before they can fix the water pump. It is so amazing because I am not a handyman and I have expected that you will send a supply that is competent to do such activities. I am not happy at all with the service that your company is rendering. I cannot wait to move my bond to my bank.
