Customer service a ZERO at SA home loans

Extremely disappointed in the customer service of SA Home loans. They gave a plumber permission to open my roof and installed a geyser. After the installation it rain and water leaked in my son's room. I have damage now in my house and SA home loans is not taking any responsibility for fixing this damage. Making all types of excuses. SA home loans and The Plumbers are not taking ownership and is expecting me to fix this. They want me that is the customer to get a supplier to fix something that was all their fault. I've never heard of a customer of any company who are inconvenience due to a process approved by the service provider. And to tell a customer that future claims will not be paid if they don't provide proof. The nerve !
