Currently being held Hostage by SA Home Loans
I am currently being held hostage by SA Home Loans. We app**** for a home loan in October 2025, got approved in November 2025, but decided to cancel the purchase. It has been months and the loan is still lying om my Credit Score. When contacting the Customer Care line, they refuse to put me through to their credit department. Have phoned some of their local agencies - all they is write a complaint. So frustrated.
