Complaint poor service feedback.

I logged a claim in early Desember for my roof that was leaking to the heavy rains we had, eventually on the 18th of desember the construction company came out to evaluate since they had come to my house i have had no feedback from sa home loans at all i am fed up i wish to cancel my insurance it has been nearly 2 months, i called in on friday the 28th feb and they advised me that they will mark my complaint as urgent still nothing. Pathetic this is not how you provide service to a customer. Claim No: CL***.
