CLUELESS CALL CENTRE AGENTS

I am so frustrated by SA Home Loans Call centre agents.

They cannot give you a straight answer.

I wasted nearly twenty minutes of my time on the phone this morning with two different call centre agents who could not give me answers to what I asked so clearly.

FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!!
