SA home loans is the worst insurance to have when it comes to having home owners insurance they refuse to pay for anything, they come up with excuse after excuse and when I tried to change my insurance the insisted I cant change my home owners insurance because my bond is with them. Now that my pool pump and a water pipe burst and damaged my kitchen cupboards they say they cant fix the pool pump and they will only pay R4154 for the cupboards - what will that pay for one cupboard board, I've never had such bad service from them it's totally shocking and disgusting they advertise to be this upholding brand that people must take insurance from them and sit with the problem in the long run.
