Claim ignored

Ceiling came down on 30 Dec 2015 as a result of a previous claim that was ignored 3 years ago after geyser burst and water damaged ceilings...Geyser was fixed but not ceilings after numerous calls.<br> Now 3 years later the whole house ceilings starting to pull loose from beams and complete ceiling came down in dinning room....After nearly 2 months still nothing has been done !!! Excuses excuses each time I phone...they have send out a assesor but now apparently more detail is needed and reports to be submitted. ....What do I do...??....<br>
