Claim has been ignored for 9 days!!

Lightning blew 12 of our outdoor security cameras. Having used SA Home Loans suppliers before and been disappointed each time we decided this time to use our trusty supplier who warrantees the system as a whole anyway. In addition to ensuring quality, we wanted them replaced asap given the fact that we have suffered a violent ******* before where my husband was nearly killed.<br> <br> Once the job was done I called in to make the claim. I was told that because I had used my own supplier the claim would be 'compromised'. Not really sure what that means but I feel we have the right to use our choice of supplier. If their costs prove more expensive than SA Home loans usual supplier then we will accept the shortfall - should not be a big deal.<br> <br> I was told Chantes would be handling the claim and that I should email her the invoice. I did that immediately after the call. This was the 18th. Having heard absolutely nothing by the 23rd, I resent the email asking for a response. Again, I got nothing. I then called in and was told Chantes was too busy to take my call but that she confirms receipt of the emails and she will call me back. Next day I called again - same response. 9 days later-What now?
