Claim declined

*** Claim number CLA***, Once again we paying insurance for nothing. I had a natural disaster hit my home and my wall collapsed. This is the same wall I found when I bought the house and didn't do any alterations and today when I claim I'm told that the wall was not built correctly. Does it mean should anything happen to the house that I found built many years ago, I will not be covered for poor workmanship that I had nothing to do about and be punished for that. Warning!!!!!! do not associate yourselves with SA home loan insurance because you will be left stranded in these rains. I regret taking that insurance. You will just donate your premiums
