Can't bother to respond to queries

I have now struggled for nine (9) days in a row to get a simple answer out of SA Home Loans regarding the shortening of my loan term to ten years. Nine days, four emails further and nowhere near an answer. Their service have now deteriorated to the point where one must just bite the bullet and switch.

For any prospecting clients do yourself a favor and first read through the pages on Hello Peter. SA Home Loans was until a few years ago still a great company. Maybe a management change will do them wonders.
