Cannot switch bi weekly payments

<p>I have mailed and phoned sa homeloans to switch to a bi weekly payments. I have also offered to handle everything from my side through eft. Each time I receive a reply that it must be debit order. This is very disappointment as I will be able to pay my homeloan off much quicker but I quess they will lose money and that is the main reason that they don't cater for this. Also my interest rate is above prime</p>
