Cannot get my money owed to me back

I am experiencing the worst ever service from SA Homeloans I had a bond with yourl and switched over to another bank. I mistakenly made a payment into SA Homeloans instead of the other bank i only realized this when I was called by them saying my bond is in arrears.

Its been over a month and i am going back and forth i have sent through all the required information and was told it was sent through the payments department weeks ago.

Its been over a month but i cannot get my money back from SA Homeloans. This is the most unprofessional disgusting service ever received, my bond with the other bank is in arrears for more than a month because of the incapacity of your staff.
