I was shocked to find that I am paying R500 for a policy not giving you home assist or covering leaks in the house. I have never the less lodged my claim and after numerous calls made by me got an supplier out to my house. I got no feedback from my so called insurance. No call. Just an email stating UPFRONT REJECTION LETTER. My word. From we do not cover to maybe it is defective workmanship to upfront rejection. I have never in my life thought my insurance will look for reasons to reject my claim before even assessing my damage. No wonder they do not respond on Hellopeter their phones can't phone out cause I am still waiting for feedback. I will definitely be changing my insurance on the building.
