Call centre consultant declines loan

With 6 weeks of back and forth mailing and continues misrepresentation of the loan application details I get fed up and demand to speak to the manager. Within 24 hours SHE takes it in her hands and declines the loan, without it even going to credit. She also sends me an unsigned document by the branch manager. Treating everyone like someone? I don't think the guy that thought up that slogan has ever set foot inside their buildings.
