BURST GEYSER - SA HOME LOANS - Not in favor of their clients

Burst geyser reported Tues 7/7/20 20h10 still waiting. SA Home Loans dismayed by their lack of compassion for client, requested to keep burst geyser but they send me insurance contract - i wonder who gets the salvage money - said they must take it away. I asked why I cannot get it back to salvage after they have assessed it but still waiting for reply - They do not want to give CEO Kevin Penwaden contact details but i will request ombudsman to investigate even if we do not get to keep broken geyser which is our property!!! Insurance premiums are paid and even the excess is paid so why can we not salvage it ourselves. People need to know out there what they are signing themselves into.
