BUildings insurance

The SAHL buildings insurance failed to repair my stove. They first assigned a white guy who came and never touched my stove, he just asked me what was wrong and he left saying they not going to approve the claim. Then i objected the insurance based on inadequate assessment, then they assigned the other white guy who came to rubber stamp the assessment of the previous guy. The claim the 2 plates are not working because the stove is old. as a result it is not wear and tear. I cancelled the insurance because if they fail on small claims, what will happen when the house claim comes. I could go the ombudsman way but i was tired.
