I am utterly disgusted with the treatment I have received from SA homeloans. After getting a bond from them I was told to get insurance to protect me from any structural damage on the house. Five years later , my tiles start lifting, I make a claim and I am told that the claim is rejected because they were not properly installed. How was I to know how to properly install tiles. After 5years premiums they reject the claim. This goes beyond bad service. To top it all of I was called by a disrespectful agent from their office
