Bond application declined - credit department dont know what they are doing

I app**** for another bond with them because I have my own business the monies I draw from the business is my salary, I supp**** them with financial statements and management reports. The credit department came back and declined my application as my business has a loan of over R1million, the fact is my business does not have any loans, so this shows you the credit department has no clue how to read financial I think they should send them for training or get staff in that know what they are doing I have another bond with them which I am paying extra R20000 per month excluding the monthly payment, but I cannot afford the new bond and I only wanted the bond over 5 years as my current house I am selling and that monies will go straight to the new bond
