Bond Application Complaint

<p> </p> <p>I app**** for a bond with SA Homeloans in February 2016.<br />I explained to the agent that I need to re-register one of my properties so that it be registered in our new Trust.<br />He gave me the wrong paperwork to complete. Two months after the Lawyers had to start registration we found out that the paper work was wrong. April I contacted the Branch Manger to assist. I had to refill all documents and supply supporting documents. In May all documents was handed to the Branch Manger hoping that she will handle this in a professional manner. August we are still struggling to register the property because Branch Manager manipulated information given to her to secure a Bond on my behalf. I would never recommend the SA Home loans JHB South branch. I have 2 Bond account with SA Home loans and this is the first time I experienced extremely bad service from SA Home loans.</p> <p><br />My registration is still not being handled because of the Branch Manager JHB South.
