BIG DELAY FOR HOME APPLICATION

HI There I've been with Standard Bank for almost 5 years with both Cheque Account and Business Account. It's been now more than 2 months that i'm trying to get a home loan. Well I undestand that i' have to go through the application and account must be migrated somewhere. I keep waiting and waiting for a call and news from private banking and nothing comes. E-mail after e-mail aand calls after calls no one give me feedback after all.... I'm ****ed off ...
