Being refused to make payment arrangements
Good day, I had consolidated my debt with a company who was paying for the bond. I happened to loose my job in April. I have been paying what I can so far as I am struggling to get money from UIF and provident fund.
It is very frustrating, as I am told by the consultant that is dealing with my case that I have to pay the full owing amount or she will have my home repossessed. All I am asking for is to make payments arrangements until such a time that I am able to settle. I am in no way disputing the debt.
