Be prepared to wait a lifetime for registration (and endless mistakes)

Your client signed an OTP on 26 April 2024 to buy my house. Waiting.... I extended the date for him to get the bond approved to end May, then extended again. Eventually his bond was approved on 10 June (after me missing out on our dream home due to your ongoing delays). After six additional weeks, I took it to social media as you had not assigned a lawyer for him to sign. Another two weeks passed and eventually a lawyer was assigned. Another several weeks have since passed and then suddenly you wanted his TCC which delayed everything even longer (surely this should have been provided or requested right at the start?)! We were supposed to have moved into our new house by now but we're still stuck in the "sold" house as the other sellers' will only vacate on registration. Then after several more weeks your lawyer finally decided to send the paperwork to the Deeds Office only for it to be rejected because of mistakes. It is now a total of NINETEEN WEEKS (132 days) since my house was sold and the registration process hasn't even been approved yet! What the hell is going on??? Do you think that we might be able to move before the turn of the century??? PATHETIC! Due to these extreme delays, I have not even been able to book a removal van as I have no idea when we can move! EVERYONE IS WAITING FOR YOU TO GET THINGS DONE ACCURATELY!!! (since when does a house sale / transfer take so long? My SIL's transaction took only 3 weeks from OTP to registration!)
