Be careful when you deal with SA Homeloans
We boughbought a house through a trust and SA Homeloans gave us a letter of grant and said that they are our mortgage provider. They send to conveyancing attorneys to sign documents. They did not explan to us anything about the documents. They made it difficult for us to get the bond documents until the intervention of the National Credit Regulator. We signed the documents in 2011 only to be provided with our documents in 2015. When I went through the documents; I came across irregularities; documents uttered by them or the lawyers which warrant ******** investigation. People think that SA Homeloans is mortgage provider and they are not. They transgress the National Credit Regulator. Their attorneys Act *********ly.
