BAD SERVICES

We request \further loan application forms\" from SA Homeloans admin department since the 18 of February 2016 via email. Ms Rebecca Govender requested certain info from us. All the relevant info has been forwarded, via e-mail, to her the same day. Since the 18th I send her several request to forward the relevant documents, with no luck or feedback from Ms Rebecca Govender.This is unacceptable and unprofessional. <br> <br> Today, the 25th of February 2016, I received another e-mail from Ms Portia, requesting more or less the same info as Ms Govender..I forwarded her the \"paper trail\" between myself and Ms Govender.<br> <br> Realy!!!! what next, how long do we, as a loyal customer, have to wait for the relevant documents.
