Bad Service from Operators

I logged a claim (CL ********** ) yesterday (20/06/2017) for a constatnlty tripping main switch. Whenever anything is plugged into the sockets, it trips. When the stove is turned on, it trips. Even when the lights in the jacuzzi room are turned on, it trips. An operator was assigned to come asses the problem today. When he came, he looked at the DB board and reported to SA Home Owners Ins that he will not fix anything as it looked like unprifessional work was done on the DB board. Due to the report, the consultant informed us that our claim can not be processed. The only and last person known to open the DB board was another contractor who came to fix the very same problem when i logged a claim in Dec 2016. Now that this guy is refusing to fix this issue, who is responsible for the "unprofessional work"??? The SA Home Owners Consultant (i think his name is Kevin) who promised to get back to us by close of business did not bother to report back to us as we feel this issue needs to be escalated and we do not take responsibility for the "unprofessional work" done as it was done by the contractors sent by SA Home Owners Insurance. To top it all, the contractor that was sent today left the switch labels on the floor, how are we supposed to know which switch belongs to what. When a different contractor is sent, we will be expected to account for that? Are these the type of contractors that SA Home Owners send to assist us as clients who pay insurance monthly without fail? All we have is lights, no hot water, no heater, no stove to cook and we cannot even prepare for work or school. Is SA Home Owners Insurance going to look into this???

We need this matter to be attended to urgently as we can no longer tolerate the unprofessional service by both SA Home Owners and their contractors. Does SA Home Owners Insurance have our backs?
