Bad service at sa home insurance

Their service is very very bad I once complained about the gate and wall that was fallen ,they told me that I was renovating,and my wall was not straight,my child was even injured by gate I sended them pictures and x-rays they didn't do anything, I once reported geysers even now no response,but they deduct every month,please help
