Bad service and utilizing incapable valuator

Very bad experience. As sole proprieter I have the financials to prove. We own the house want to re finance. Send in all requirements as required. After 9 working days when turn around time is 7 according to your policy turned down due to a unproffessional valuator that recons hous is structural amd foundations is not right. Firstly he does not evrn come from this area he does not know area. Second how can he see through concrete slabs to say foundations is a problem. Thirdly we asked for his report and valuation wich you and valuator refuses to share. As we know he undervalued the place as the loan we wanted is less than what the plot itself is worth. Whe we phoned this Mr Willie the valuator he reckons he ia not a structural engineer it is his opinion and qbwn we asked about land balue he reckoms only building worth something actual plot os worth nothing. Agter speakong to agency that soldbhouse they informedbus they know that valuator and they actually dont allow him to valuate houses on their books as he dows it incorrect and he has a reputation for that in this area. We have been asking a manager to contact us to no avail. We also put in writing to them that valuator is not fair and objective. We know for fact he went well below municipal value. I will not leave this here as uou are noy transparent not gproducing his valuation or condition report. By law you must be transparent which you are not.
