Bad service and lack of incompatance

Now I am doing my 4 th review for this company. I have put in a claim nr CL ********** on the 31 Januarie 2019. This claim is not been settled yet. I am getting more damage on my roof dew to lack of repair of above mentioned SA Homeloans insc company. Hallo Peter I need your assistance in this matter. It is taking this company more then a month with a claim they have all sorts of excuses. I am done the don't get in to contact with me, or get the claim sorted. I AM THE ONE PAYING. I think it is time to open a case at the police, and to refer this to the ombudsman. I AM ALLSOW GOING TO LET MY LAYWER START THE PROSEDURES AGAINST THIS COMPANY. There is no service the consultant handling my matter is Bhavish Ramlal.
