Bad service and company

Due to covid I got retrenched last year after taking a bond loan with SA Home loan. Before I received my package I advised them about the retrenchment and even send them proof. I advised them that I am going to deposit a lump sum of money cause I won't be able to pay the bond until I find a job and I did as I advised which was last year October. Now sahomeloan have been calling me saying that I am in errears on my payments. I am under pressure as it is and the last agent that called me said that I shouldn't have bought a house for my kids if I can't pay. I am so disappointed by their services and the way I am treated by their agents. There are a huge **** and all they care about is making profit while they are lucky they still have jobs.
