Bad Service

I app**** for a homeloan with Sa homeloans and was assisted by Elton Naidoo who doesn’t seem to care about providing efficient service. I had to follow up with him, via email and calls and never replies to my mails or take him own time. Last communication with him was when he told me my Credit score is 3points down he will check again on the 10th of March 2020 if there’s any changes, I had to call and email him to ask for feedback: he finally provided feedback informing that I should wait for end Feb 2020 to see if SA homeloan Will be able to assist. I emailed him beginning March 2020 doing a follow up on my application till today no response.. I’m really flabbergasted with the service I’m getting, all I want to know is ; is Sa homeloan going to assist and funds for my bond or not and move along and not waste my time:
