Bad service

Have been dealing with an *********** employee from SA Homeloans. I app**** for an advanced on my existing bond account last week and submitted everything on time. I was assigned someone by the name.of Cindy who doesnt even respond to emails let alone acknowledge them. It is frustrating to receive a service from someone who doesn't seem to have an interest on customer care.
