Bad service

Good day to whom it concern

Hope you well, I would like to ask ,why does a insurance claim to fix my ceiling and carpet take 4 weeks to repair? Then your people have the nerve to ask my wife to get people to do the job, when you deduct money from my bank account I dont have excuses and ask you to fetch the money by me personally. When you get paid for a service even if I live in a small town ,my money pays your company on time. It was a simple thing. But your staff went to far. Your feedback regarding this matter need to be sorted out quickly.
