Bad Service

Hi<br> <br> I have logged a claim with SA Home Loan Insurance and to date I have received the worst service from both SA Home Loan Insurance and Hughing Insurance.<br> <br> The contractor appointed did not call to confirm the appointment and just showed up at my place. I tried to call the contractor on the number she called from and it goes to voicemail.<br> <br> Every claim that has been put through with SA Home loan was treated so badly, the process followed is disgusting.<br> <br> The only part of the claim that went well was the call to register the claim and other than that it seems another bad experience with SA Home Loan.<br> <br> I will not recommend SA Home Loan Insurance to anyone.<br> <br> Regards<br> Ruby
