Bad Service

Extreemely poor service, just a lot of ducking and diving in order to avoid responsibility. 1. the claim was recorded incorrectly 2. just getting a service provider allocated was a mission - I had to keep on calling 3. took 3 months to process 4. at the end, I'm liable to make payment to someone who is not even their service provider

No wonder they so many bad reviews - which they've ignored! Just their culture.
