Bad customer service SA home loans.

SA Home Loans insurance is just like others always looking for an excuse not pay. It took a week for them to decline my claim based on the contractors report but in the T&C it is clear that they pay for damages to paving during storms. It's now more than a week that I wait to hear form them regarding my claim on my electric oven. I call but no one answer and my my call is directed to voice mail and they never return my calls. I will cancel my structure insurance with than and take it to miway. Very bad service especially customer service.
