Bad customer service as usual

Dear hello peter

Please note that I have switched my bond from Sa home loans to Nedbank due to the bad service i received from sa home loans

The property is now under Nedbank and cancellations fee were paid on Thursday 12 May 2022.

They owe a refund, I am worried because I served their 60 days notice to I am not sure how did they arrive to actual refund amount i think is less.

Please request them to pay my refund as they promised to pay within 48 hours from the day they receive their money.
