Bad customer service and ******* with interest rate

I send them an email two weeks ago regarding assistance for Covid 19 I haven't had any response as I send Al documents they needed. Even with the interest rate cut by the Reserve Bank they didn't bring my interest rate down and come with other stories. BAD Customer service. I regret taking my home loan to them.
