Bad customer service

I have been trying to log a claim since 09:30 this morning. I have a water leak in my ceiling that is getting worse by the minute. It is now 12:00. Calls are not getting through or getting dropped (not sure where the issue lies) and I get promised that someone will call back. This is frustrating as the roof is unstable and furniture is getting damaged.
