Bad customer service

I have a bond with SA home loans as well as the home owners insurance.I have submitted a claim last year with regard to storm Damage .SA Home Loans sent out an assessor to evaluate the damage.I was told by the assessor to get quote for the damages, which did and submitted to ERROB LOSS ADJUSTERS.I received a claims number (CL ********** ).I have contacted SA HOME LOANS there after with regards to the claim and the feed back i get is that they are awaiting feed back from the assessor.On contacting ERROB LOSS ADJUSTERS,they say that they have submitted all required documents to SA HOME LOANS and the files are closed on there side.To date SA HOME LOANS has not contacted me with regards to the claim.
