Bad communication

<p>After spending almost two months waiting for our application, the final outcome is total different from the final offer. Everytime we received communication from them it was completely different than the previous communication. If we wanted an update, we had to contact them. They provided no feedback on the progress of the application without prompting from our side. They were so inconsistent with their offers and their communications. The customer service were non existent. On top of that, they could not even get our surname correct</p>
