Bad client service

<p>Am a customer of SA Homeloans and this month thre was a double deduction on my salary and i called the call center but the lady that was helping was cold and didnt even wanna listen to my quiry all she said was the system was down and i must call when the system is back of which she didnt indicate when it will be bad. i tried thier twitter page only to find i have been blocked and am not allowed to send quiries to them. the reason is i complin last year and ever since i have been treated very badly. So i think the reason the lady was cold they were all told that they must not assit me when i call and block me in thier socila media sites so i cant complain about bad service or recieve assistance. </p>
