Bad building insurance

Be aware of SA Home Loans insurance department. I have never received any feedback on my claim and after more than a month after numerous phone calls and email to find out that my claim was rejected due to an unreasonable explanation from their side. My claims consultant Anele has not once contacted me with regards to my claim and I am still awaiting my rejection letter from her in order for me to give it to the ombudsman. Extremely proor service and the outcome of all building claims are always the same. Due to maintenance which is not the case at all. I am paying for a service that is impossible to receive from them.
