Bad Attitude

I reported my geyser and i want to use my own plumber, as I have no faith in the providers that SA home loan use due to past experience and I have been given the total runaround by their claims dept. I even said to the person that maybe I should move my homeloan and her reply was " do what you have to " , nice way of retaing your clients well done SA home loan. I will definately be moving it in the near future
