Bad account management SA HOMELOANS

Sa homeloans is harassing me with emails without factual information, they say my debit order is not implemented and I sent them a proof on my salary advice and I even called in and the consultant promised to send me the statement which shows that all is well with my account but I keep on getting useless emails without factual information
