Back stabbing

<p>Very dissapointed in the SA Home Loans representative how my problem was addressed thethe outstanding amount on a loan. After a layers letter that the arrears will be payed within 24 hours and confirmation by the representative not to take further action she went ahead and send out letters to inform other institutions about the arrears. The arrears was due to JP van Jaarsveld who stopped payment and i was never informed about the situation.</p>
