Appalling Service from SA Home Loans!!!!

Appalling Service from SA Home Loans!!!! I cannot believe that this institution is still being allowed to insure people and provide financial services! Trying to get information or updates out of them is like trying to get blood from a stone!! Don't ever trust SA Home Loans with a home loan - they just delay and delay and delay and is frustrating to say the least. And I am not even the customer, but the other party involved in a transfer process!! Imagine how your client must be feeling. Shame on you!!
