Another disappointment. So ***********

I reported a geyser late last year with Sa home loans. The geyser was replaced and it's working fine, but the contractor damaged my roof tiles on the process of replacing the geyser. The damage is at the place where the geyser is located. I reported the negligence after realizing that there is a lick on my ceiling. The gave me a run around to repair but the came and only to paint the ceiling and not repairing the leak from the rooftop. I have paid the contractor another R750 of which i was told i will get it refunded as it was not my fault that they damaged my roof. Now it was raining early this month the ceiling shows signs of leak again. I just Called them now, they are not willing to fix the damage caused by their own contractor. I have to suffer due to their contractor negligence I have to lose more money due to their incompeten. Soooooo disappointed really.
