After forty years SA Homeloans refused to honour a valid claim.

I, Abdullah Raban, lodged a claim for floor tiles that lifted at my home due to a spell of very cold weather.

The tiles in question were laid forty-one years prior to it lifting, but the assessor put it down to poor workmanship.

I have been insured with SA Homeloans for thirty-five years and this was first time I claimed for something major. SA Homeloans blatantly refused to repair the damage. I have since cancelled my insurance with SA Homeloans
