Additional loan was not approved

I bought the house 4 years ago and it was communicated to us that we can apply for an advance of R200000. We did apply and we were told that our credit record is not good. 2. When we bought the house your assessors came and evaluate the house before the bond was granted and now the house have cracks and we app**** for the advance. The issue is no longer about are credit status , our application depends on the report of the structural engineer for us to get the advance. The purpose of the advance was to fix those cracks. I have raised funds and will fix the house and sell it and forget about SA home loans
