Absolutely the most disgusting service ever!

3 weeks ago I had a geyser replaced by SA Homeloans insurance , I had to have the service provider back twice after that to fix a leaking pipe on the geyser that damaged my ceiling and repair the roof that they left gaps in.

Yesterday morning at 11h30 had no hot water , I called the service provider 24fix and was advised that they could send someone only at 18h30 in the evening , I then called SA Homeloans to ask them to kindly assist me as I have 2 sick children and if I had the geyser looked at only then , then my children would be without a warm bath for the third time this month , the agent that I spoke to advised me that she would get a plumber out sooner , by 13h00 I still had not recieved any calls from SA Home loans or a plumber so I contacted them back and managed to get hold of Bhavish who advised he would escalate this with the operations manager and someone would call me back , AGAIN no call back ! I then called again at 16h00 and spoke to the manager Karin , I must say this must be the rudest manager I have ever spoken to as all she could say was that "the geyser is atleast getting fixed today" and really couldnt give a **** regarding my situation ! The plumbers eventually arrived last night after 6 and as luck would have it load shedding happened so they couldnt look at the geyser . So Karin your statement of at least it is getting fixed today did not happen ! I know that the load shedding is out of the control of the plumber and SA Home Loans but if someone had helped me get the plumber there sooner all would have been okay.

Do SA Homeloans actually care about their clients , at the end of the day it is due to us the clients that they get a salary at the end of the month but with a manager like Karin I am not suprised that no one at SA Homelaons cares or even calls back , like I said proviously Karin must be the most unhelpfull , un compassionate manager I have ever dealt with .

Do SA Homeloans use the cheapest and nastiest contractors they can find , are they getting a kick back from using these suppliers as teh workmanship is terrible and it is not only this incident , every time I have had somthing repaired through the insurance it has been a problem and worse than it ever was before.

My advise to everyone out there is to stay far far away from SA HomeLoans and rather use a company that cares and is willing to actually help , at the end of the day you are paying for a service so why not get the help and assistance when you need it .
